Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

As this is a personalized food product, no returns are accepted.
If you have any questions or concerns about your item once you have received it, please contact us  and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible (generally 2-3 business days, sometimes less). If you decide you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has already been printed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order or provide a refund. However, if your image has not yet been printed, we may be able to complete your request - but this cannot be guaranteed.

Please feel free to ask us any questions prior to placing your order if you are unsure of the process. Please double check your submissions prior to completing your order. Make sure you have uploaded the correct image and that the text you want is correct, including spelling. We print exactly what you submit.

Edible Images Canada does reserve the right to cancel orders at their discretion due to what they deem to be extenuating circumstances. If this occurs, you will immediately be notified and provided with a full refund.

Refunds are only provided if Edible Images Canada made an error on your order, which was entirely our wrongdoing.
