HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I ORDER MY EDIBLE IMAGE?
A lot of customers ask how soon is too soon to order their edible images. Edible images maintain freshness for quite a long time, so it is usually fine to place your order for edible images as early as one month in advance. As long as the image is kept in the sealed bag and at room temperature until you are ready to use it, it should maintain its vibrant colours and fresh texture. Please also keep your image out of direct light and humid conditions. Do NOT place your image in the fridge or freezer. An instruction sheet is included with all orders, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.

Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer various different shipping methods including Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Dicom and others, depending on your location. It is HIGHLY recommended that you select a shipping option with tracking. We ship anywhere in Canada and to most USA addresses.
CANADA POST DELAYS - Canada Post is currently experiencing some delays. Unfortunately, these delays are totally out of our control. We highly recommend allowing extra time when placing your order so that your items are delivered to you in time for when you require them or please consider selecting one of the other shipping methods that are offered on the check out page.
