Shipping & Local Pick-Up for Edible Images

SHIPPING INFORMATION for EDIBLE IMAGES

* We currently ship our edible images anywhere in Canada and to most USA  addresses  *

We offer various shipping options at check out, including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS and Dicom, as well as others, depending on your shipping location.
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses can lead to delays and additional fees. For example, if an order is shipped via Purolator and the customer forgets to include a unit number, Purolator may charge Edible Images Canada an additional $15.00 or more to update the address. In such cases, Edible Images Canada will send a bill to the customer for this fee, unless the error was made by Edible Images Canada 

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that our shipping partners may occasionally experience delays. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for items delayed while in the carrier's possession, as these circumstances are beyond our control. We strongly recommend considering extra time when placing orders to ensure timely delivery. All shipping options, except regular letter mail, include a tracking number.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you select a shipping option with tracking.
 
The length of time it takes to receive your edible image will depend on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Once we have sent your package out, the rate at which it reaches its destination is out of our control, but shipping times provided on our checkout page are usually quite accurate.

Edible Images Canada takes no responsibility for delayed, lost, damaged or undelivered mail.

LOCAL PICK UP is FREE - available in Strathroy, Ontario - by appointment only.
Simply select "Local Pick Up" at checkout. Arrangements for pick up will be made after your order has been completed.

During heat waves or extreme cold, it is recommended that you select a shipping option that will get your product to you as quickly as possible. We also suggest adding thermal protection to your order for added protection during transit.
